PCPPI recognizes exceptional employees at Gold Crown Awards

Excellence thrives where it is practiced consistently. Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI)—the exclusive manufacturer of PepsiCo beverages in the country—recently honored three outstanding employees with this year’s Gold Crown Awards. This recognition is awarded to employees for demonstrating professional dedication in line with PCPPI’s ICARE Values, which stands for Integrity and Innovation, Care and Respect, Empowerment and Excellence. The three awardees for this year are (in photo, from left to right) Faith Marie M. Zacal of from PCPPI’s Cagayan De Oro plant, Lucky J. Mallari from the Central Luzon Operations (CLO) and Jona Marie S. Rollan from the Davao manufacturing facility. Of the awardees, PCPPI president and chief executive officer Frederick D. Sardinas Burger

This is the first time I tried cooking this one.. I learned about this long long time ago from my first BF's aunt who loves cooking.. Turning simple recipes into one great tasting merienda..

Ingredients:
2 cans sardines
1 cup flour
1 pack Meaty Seasoning
2 pcs medium sized Egg
1 large onion (minced)
a pinch of pepper
a pinch of dried basil leaves










Directions:
1. In a big bowl pour the sardine's contents. (mush the fish meat).

2. Put the eggs and beat it until totally dissolved with the sardines.

3. Gradually put the flour into the mixture while mixing it continuously.

4. Put the whole content of the Meaty Season Mix.

5. Put the minced onions.

6. Sprinkle some dried basil and salt and pepper to taste.

in a hot pan with oil fry it just like you're cooking a mini-pancakes.. hehehe


don't over-cook..


when done.. you can eat is with rice.. or as a filling for your buns.. hehehe

Obra Ni Juan. Theater Review.

Spoliarium, an opera with libretto by Soprano Fides Cuyugan-Asensio and with music by Ryan Cayabyab was the first production I saw pertaining to the life of Juan Luna. Originally staged at the CCP in 2003 starring Robert Seña at the titular role, the opera was staged in Tribeca Performing Arts Center in New York thirteen years later. Philippine Stagers Foundation (PSF) current production of "Obra Ni Juan " was my follow-up. This original Filipino musical entertainment was written by Atty. Princess Laura, Prince Florante, Prince Aladin and Princess Flerida.   Amidst innovations and new techniques in presenting play, the Gantimpala Theater Foundation, Inc stand in delivering the Filipino classic story “Florante At Laura” in a traditional way as they open 38 th Season. They use the Komedya complete with majestic marches and grand batalia for the entire run of Florante and Laura.
