A Minnie Mouse Themed 1st Birthday

It's a fun-filled 1st birthday of my youngest daughter, Moirah Yngrid. Just a simple celebration with family, friends and relatives.

We planned of a 20K (Philippine Peso)budget party. But, as always, it shoots up to a Php 25,000 budget. Nonetheless, despite the expenses, it's all worth it. After all, 1st birthday is always a special celebration!

I am thankful that I belong to such wonderful family, that  I don't even need to pay for the labor they've done for my kids. I have great chefs ready to help me cook delicious meal for the party! That alone saved me a lot.

Balloon decorations are made by my friend ate Karen G. Seville, also I asked her to be the host for the party. Luckily, she's available. Was very thankful for what she did to the venue. It looked so nice and fancy.

By the way, ate Karen is a freelance party-planner. You may contact her thru her Facebook account here.

The candy and chocolate fountain buffet was made and decorated by ate Ingrid Zumarraga of Maxbine's Shop. Her contact number are as follows: 09175917547/09178537114/ 09204167887

This time around, I ordered the cake from Jane Mendoza of Cassie's Cakes and Pastries. A two-tiered Minnie Mouse inspired non-fondant cake! Cost me about Php 1,500.00 Plus 2 dozen of chocolate cupcakes (Php28.00 each).

I just love the set up of this cake and cupcakes! It's beautiful! Also, Moirah's ninang Anding gave her 12 cutie cupcakes (one on the left).

These cupcakes are just perfect! Not too sweet and no bitter after-taste. :)

My family and I as thankful to those who made it and celebrated with us this very special event! You guys made it extra special.

And to my Abonillo family, I am so blessed to be part of the gang! My daughters are so blessed to have you guys! We all feel so loved! Your gestures and continued support and love for me and my girls are greatly appreciated! You guys ROCK! You never failed me! So PROUD of you!! Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart!

Before ending this post, I wanted to share this photo of my beautiful daughter, (eating Stick-O. The birthday girl, with her beautiful cake!

When I first read this I thought you were talking 25k in American dollars which is a TON of money. I quickly realized this wasn't the case. Looks like you did a great job with the birthday party! 1st birthday parties are so much fun and just as much for the parents as for the kids.

I love to see people happy and when occasion is a celebration like you had the birthday, every one enjoy. Don't bother if your spending were enhanced by 5K than budget, just gauge what moments your family spent.
