  MAKE a way and move to the beat as the Cultural Center of the Philippines presents Pulso Pilipinas II: Alay Nina Alice at Agnes as the second part of the CCP Dance Series (LIVE!) 2022, happening on September 30 at 8:00 PM (Gala Night), October 1, 2022 at 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and October 2, 2022 at 3:00 PM at the CCP Main Theater. This time, it will showcase jewels in the Filipino dance repertoire in a mixed program proudly presenting the selected classic iconic works of our two living National Artists for Dance - Alice Reyes and Agnes Locsin. This production will feature Agnes Locsin's "Igorot", "Moriones" and "Elias at Salome", as well as Alice Reyes' "Carmina Burana". We believe that it’s never too early to start learning about financial literacy.

That’s why we’re bringing you this innovative workshop that will teach your kids the value of money, the concept of saving, earning, banks and so much more.

Finally, your kids will understand that money does not grow on trees and the plastic card that mommy and daddy uses to buy things is not magic!

Presenting the Money Smart Kids Workshop





This workshop is designed as a learning experience for both kids and their parents. There will be hands-on activities and even role-playing games that will surely help your child become more financially prepared for the future.

After the workshop, your child is expected to have a clearer understanding of how money works, and will be equipped with the most basic but very important habit of saving.

Who should attend this workshop?

- This workshop is open to children aged 7 to 12 years
- Kids should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who’s willing to participate in the workshop activities

Here are some of the lessons that your kids will learn in the workshop:

- What is money and where does it comes from
- Where and how do my mommy and daddy get their money
- What can I do with money, apart from spending it
- Why is saving money important
- What are banks and what do they do
- What are credit cards and how does it work

Instructor:

Fitz Gerard Villafuerte is a civil engineer who decided to quit the corporate world in 2003 to pursue entrepreneurship.
