Rellenong Bangus, a perfect feast for this holiday season.

Food is the most famous attraction this Holiday season, and Filipinos is known to have a long and extended Christmas celebration, and for every party, reunions even small gatherings require the best food serve. But in changing times like this, preparing food for every meal or occasion is really a tough job.  That’s why ready to order and even instant food delivery is at its best during this time of the year.

From the usual Lechon, to queso de bola and ham, another name is getting a space in every dining table this season. It’s the Rellenong Bangus, but we all know the preparation needed to cook this is something tedious and needs perfection.

That’s why Fisherfarms Inc., a world class aquaculture food processor and the largest supplier of farm-raised milkfish in the country, just launched last Dec 15, 2014 at the Marco Polo Hotel in Ortigas Center their newest product line, the Gourmet Baked Rellenong Bangus. It is created by no less than Celebrity Chef and food expert Reggie Aspiras.

On her video message during the launching, Aspiras reiterate that she is not a fan of Bangus delicacy, however when she was given a chance to taste one sample product of Fisherfarms, she got hooked and was in awe how it was taste, and she was even in high praise upon knowing how it was being prepared from deboning to packaging.

Aspiras assured that no preservatives and all natural ingredients use for this Rellenong Bangus, it is baked not fried. Juicy and flavorful and it really melts in your mouth literally while you savor the flavors.
It comes in three generous sizes to suit Filipino families, 800-grams, 1.1 kilos and 1.3 kilos.

Fisherfarm, Inc CEO Imelda Madarang also deliver a speech during the program, she gave us a background of the company that is 10 years already in Aqua Culture industry, they are 60% in exporting the milkfish and 30% are local market, however the next year is their target to capitalize on local consumers since it’s their goal, to introduce food that is healthy and all natural, easy to cook and taste so well.

TV host personality and Zumba Diva Regine Tolentino and Bb.Pilipinas- Maja 1992 and actress Marina Benipayo is also part of the program, the two beauty give tips in terms of food for the holiday like Christmas. They all agree to share the feast, and not the fat.

Other lines of products they have are Bangus lemon butter, Fish Hungarian Sausage, Fish Frankfurter, Fish Nugget, Gourmet Selections Roasted Garlic (Milkfish Loins), and Smoked Deboned Milkfish. They also introduce Fish hotdogs for kids. FFI foods are no trans-fat and certified halal, guaranteed no fishy taste.
