Artworks by Ron Axel Magdael.
PREVENTION  is the best cure, a saying that is truly 100% true in taking care of our body, but there is a greater than prevention when you live a healthy life, a healthy way of life in order to avoid those things we prevent to happen.

In an environment like now a days, a sound mind and healthy heart is really a necessity, and with the busy work days we are facing in a daily routine, most of us see only our doctors whenever we feel something, whenever we think that there is a need to consult, and to worst, we see them only when we can’t afford the trail of medications.

Having an annual physical exam is a great relief, many companies especially here in Metro Manila require this kind of system in order to ensure productivity of its employees, and for the employees to realize the need of medical exams to predict what to happen and to live healthy of course.

But most of us neglect what are those need to be check annually, some just regularly do it since it is required, and yes we complain of long que that consume so much time.  But let me tell you those procedures that we usually brush aside and make alibi not to do it.

The Urine test or urinalysis procedures is a way of measuring our sugar intake, it also show Ketones that determine the Uric acid we have in our body, it could also trace if we have Urinary tract infection or UTI, and it could lead signs if we have HIV or some genital diseases.  The fecalysis test is determining our wellness not only for our stomach, through it they can know if we have Amoebiasis, a kind of infection in our intestines, it could also show signs of Colon cancer, and a lot more.

Through Blood count, the balancing of red and white blood cells can be check, if there is an infection in your blood,  and platelet count if you are unaware you have Malaria or Dengue, and a lot of diagnosis depends on your medical history.

X-Ray is one of the fastest system to undergo in most of the required in the Physical exam checklist, but this Laboratory procedures can help you check if you have tuberculosis, the X-ray of the chest can show if you have a collapse lungs, a scoliosis, or enlargement of heart.

Those mention procedure is covered by the new PhilCare Smart Check-Up, an annual physical examination package usually offered in many companies in Manila, this card needs you to register first in mobile, and once receive the activation reply message you can now go ahead and make an appointment to the nearest PhilCare accredited clinics near you, and to avoid the hassle of waiting that long. Gantimpala Theater Foundation made it as their own biggest production for so many years, it keep changing and upgrading in many aspects, from color feel, to music ambiance and of course the magnificent cast that is challenge to portray iconic characters onstage. Kanser 2018 proves to adopt the needful in terms of stage show, a showcase of photos and some graphics is on the projector during the performances, some new twist in some remarkable scenes is implemented, like the slapping scene of Maria Clara and Padre Salvi which the audience find it humorous. But the kissing scenes of Crisostomo and Maria Clara is always the favorite mostly by the students, they feel the “kilig” somehow.

The fun love in Momol Nights. Movie Review

Romantic Movie in Filipino setting takes another leap in Momol Nights, an iWant movie original streaming free online. The movie stars promising actress Kim Molina and Kit Thompson under the direction of Benedict Mique, Jr.
Having Molina in the cast you can expect a great comedy acting, from stage to TV series to Movies, Molina proves she can handle well in delivering all needed for a character that need to be seen and felt by the audience. And that’s the very reason I watch Momol nights, because that’s how I adore this promising actress that I’ve seen first in a theater production of “Kung Paano Ako Naging Leading lady.”
In Momol Nights which is acronym for Make out, Make Out Lang style of dating that usually involve lust or sex and nothing else, the movie is centered on Molina’s to die for searching for a man of her dreams, and achieving that is taking an option of One Night Stand only to give in her desire of finding Mr. Right. However, it was the other way around as she expects m…
