Lancris unveils Clubhouse thru Wine Tasting event.
Of course a visit to its spacious showroom is also a bonus, plus a glimpse of its roof deck showing the peaceful neighborhood that really represent a newest condo living in a sub urban set up. And we are so fortunate to meet and have a chance to interview Mr. Dennis Lim, the Vice President of Landcris Somerset Development Corp, and Cheif Operating Officer of Duraville Realty and Development Corporation, and below is our detailed interview with him about this event and choosing Lancris.
Question: What is this event all about?
Dennis Lim: We usually do events like this, it’s a marketing event, most importantly it’s for our buyer to experience how living in Lancris like, atleast they know that here in Lancris, they can do like this or any other events.
Q: What’s new in Lancris?
DL: We are unveiling today the Clubhouse, right now it’s under construction, probably it will be finish before the Garnet Tower be completed, timeframe is 6 to 8 months. Hopefully nothing delayed our schedules so that our home buyers can use this amenities and facilities.
Q: What are the amenities in this Clubhouse?
DL: The ground floor area is for relaxing and just meeting other neighbors, it’s an open area, open lounge, beside that there is a Café Lounge, and there’s a pool. The second floor is the function rooms, wherein they can accommodate up to 200 to 220 persons for an event. We also put inside an indoor Badminton court, which is one of the facilities that we think is needed for recreation. We will also have a recreation building just beside the Clubhouse, the two levels is for carpark to accommodate parking, on top of that there is a Basketball court, there is also game center, we have Billiard table, table tennis, gaming room and inside the Clubhouse there is an air condition gym area.
Q: How big is the pool?
DL: The actual size is a standard Lap pool, 25 meters lap pool, beside that is a kiddie pool. Aside from the 3 lane of 5 meters lap pool, we also have an area wherein some people can just dip into the water.
Q: What are the advantages living in Lancris?
DL: Here at Lancris, we envision it not just a project, not just a condominium project. We are not here just to sell condo units, we want to be more than that, we envision it to touch people’s lives, that service is number one in our list. We want to make it home buyers daily lives, a part of their family. We are here not for profit, we make sure that our buyers are getting the value for their money, what they are paying are being use for the unit, the best we can offer.
Q: What is the difference of Lancris to other developers?
DL: What we feel that differ us from other projects or developers, is our hand on approach on doing the project, even from the President, to the Chairman, even me as COO we make sure that we are the one on top of everything. We make sure everything is monitored at par at quality the way we want it to be, that’s why we don’t do many projects at the same time.
Q: Why in Paranaque City?
DL: First is quite close to the airport, the proximity of Paranaque to Makati, to the business district, to the Taguig, to the BGC, and kahit malapit sa business district pero parang outskirts sya. Nung in-introduce sa amin yung lot na to, unang tingin pa lang naming special sya, kasi nasa loob sya ng isang subdivision, the Betterliving subdivision. We are giving our home buyer a suburban living experience, its like living in a subdivision, na pag nandito sila ay tahimik na tahimik , lalo na pag Saturday and Sunday tahimik dito. Homey feeling, rather than beside the highway na accessible sya pero parang nasa office ka. What we are selling talaga is for family dwelling ang target, that’s why choose this place.
