The Godfather Platter.
Restaurant nowadays are adapting many methods of cooking our favorite dishes. A lot of them use fusion of different cuisines, reinventing comfort food.

This newest meat joint in Ortigas utilizes sous vide way of cooking to satisfy their customers. Seared, a barely year old resto created by a team of young individuals, has been using this French method. They aim to establish that meat is the king of all.

Seared Managing Director Michael Christopher Tan told us that they believe in the diversity of people in Ortigas area. They wanted to put up the first branch that can cater all types of crowd. Their 85-seater resto is not just a hub for meat lovers but also a bar a t night where you can finish a long day.

They offer their best pick Wagyu beef, cooked sous vide. One cannot go wrong in ordering their meats. Their burgers have the right mixture of flavours. Other best sellers are their salads and meat platters.

The Seared menu goes from affordable to gastronomically satisfying grub, mostly good for two. They declared that do not use MSG to it since sous vide cooking is already an answer to win your heart.
Salmon Salad.
Other Seared’s best you don’t wanna miss are Bronco (T-Bone), The Patron (Rib eye), Mr. Porter (Porterhouse). The Godfather platter gives you a wide array of meat selections like barbecue, pork chop, fried chicken and beef brisket.

Their cocktails are unique as well. The blend of juices and shakes are all recommended especially Casi, a mix of Mango, Pineapple and Passion Fruit juice. Cool down with vodka cocktails at their bar like the Girl Boss, a mxture of whiskey, rosemary and lemon.

For Desert, strongly recommended is the Skillet S’Amores, a toasted fluffy marshmallow in a bed of peanut butter, honey graham with melted dark chocolate.

Tan told us that they don’t offer food delivery at the moment. They discourage it however since it is better to eat their food at their resto while it’s hot. Reheating is not a good idea. Parties and other functions are welcome at their venue.
