Promising hip-hop quartet VVS Collective pays tribute to the women of the countryside whose distinct looks, effortless grace, and captivating intelligence redefine conventional standards of beauty. On their lilting anthem “ Probinsyana ,” the rap crew delivers a romantic serenade for every ‘country’ lass who took their breath away in recent years. “ Probinsyana is a feel-good track which many Filipinos can relate to,” the group describes the appeal of their latest single. “It’s about searching and pursuing that dream girl who lives in the suburbs or the province. It expounds on the qualities of a province girl who’s simple yet has everything you’re looking for in a girl. With the thousands of islands that the Philippines has, the track will surely transcend to all Probinsyanas all over the country.” What makes it extra special is their attempt to take a stand against urbanite snobbery and Manila-centrism in a song that celebrates women of all kinds, regardless of their geogra

My DIY Baby Ring Sling

My youngest daughter is almost 9 months and is getting heavy each day. Carrying her most of the time is actually a tasking thing to do. Decided to look for a cheap baby carrier to buy online and I found out about "baby wearing"- wherein you'll be like "wearing" your baby when you use a ring sling to carry him/her.

So I searched for ring sling on sale (online), and found tons of it. But unfortunately, they all costs almost $50 (Php2000.00).  And honestly, I can't afford that much at this time. I don't have the luxury to buy one.

Opted to do a DIY.. Of which I found the instructions HERE.

It actually took me less than an hour to sew this stuff. Really of BIG HELP, specially when I am working on stuffs that needed my hands.

If you want to use a No-Sew one, you can find how to make it HERE.
