PCPPI recognizes exceptional employees at Gold Crown Awards

Excellence thrives where it is practiced consistently. Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI)—the exclusive manufacturer of PepsiCo beverages in the country—recently honored three outstanding employees with this year’s Gold Crown Awards. This recognition is awarded to employees for demonstrating professional dedication in line with PCPPI’s ICARE Values, which stands for Integrity and Innovation, Care and Respect, Empowerment and Excellence. The three awardees for this year are (in photo, from left to right) Faith Marie M. Zacal of from PCPPI’s Cagayan De Oro plant, Lucky J. The 20th Year of French Film Festival in the Philippines.

It was a grand evening of stars, for the opening of annual French Film Festival last June 3, 2015 at  Greenbelt 5 of Ayala Malls in Makati City. Organize by French Embassy in the Philippines, Institut Francais, Alliance Francaise Manille, Film Development Council of the Philippines and Film Cultural Exchange Program who now celebrates 20th year this 2015.

Before the much awaited opening, a simple and classy party is held at lobby of Greenbelt 5, where stars of the movie “Taklub” , and its film maker is present, like the Superstar of Philippine showbiz, Nora Aunor, international acclaimed director Brillante Mendoza, the said movie is the opening film for this year’s film fest.

Actor Cesar Montano is also present during the event, and Senator Loren Legarda who happen to be the producer of Taklub. Film Maker Kanakan Balintagos, is also present in the affair.

This year’s festival start in June 3 up to June 9, 2015 in Greenbelt 5 Cinemas and for the first time in Bonifacio High Street in Taguig City. Among the films shown this time are Saint Laurent, La Belle et La Bete, Timbuktu, Eden, Diplomatie and other award winning French movies.
