This recognition is awarded to employees for demonstrating professional dedication in line with PCPPI’s ICARE Values, which stands for Integrity and Innovation, Care and Respect, Empowerment and Excellence. They don’t have plantation of Pili as of now, but they are ready for it even though the fact that Pili fruits even oil can be harvested once a year. They already coordinated this with farmers in Bicol area. It’s not even a threat for local tourism who sells Pili nuts as a delicacy, since they only extract the oils from the pulp and from the tree.
