PCPPI recognizes exceptional employees at Gold Crown Awards

Excellence thrives where it is practiced consistently. Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI)—the exclusive manufacturer of PepsiCo beverages in the country—recently honored three outstanding employees with this year’s Gold Crown Awards. This recognition is awarded to employees for demonstrating professional dedication in line with PCPPI’s ICARE Values, which stands for Integrity and Innovation, Care and Respect, Empowerment and Excellence. The three awardees for this year are (in photo, from left to right) Faith Marie M. Zacal of from PCPPI’s Cagayan De Oro plant, Lucky J. Mallari from the Central Luzon Operations (CLO) and Jona Marie S. Rollan from the Davao manufacturing facility. Of the awardees, PCPPI president and chief executive officer Frederick D. Bahay Trese: Not your typical horror house.

Everytime Halloween comes, Horror house in different theme parks and malls are the most common attraction, from scary monsters and characters, creepy sounds and outrageous costumes and make ups are all for grab to make you scream at the top your lungs.

But Bahay Trese is different from them, it is a Horror House but with a lot of twist and turn that really more exciting than ever. It is the latest attraction of World of Fun at the Sta.Lucia Mall in Cainta, Rizal. It open last Oct 23, 2015 and will last until January 17, 2016.

Bahay Trese is a collective effort of World Fun, Lightbulb Moments Entertainment in partnership with Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA), in introducing immersive theater experience. During the press presentation last Oct 27, 2015 at Bahay Trese itself on the 4th Floor of Sta.Lucia Mall, PETA Artistic Director Maribel Legarda explain to us the whole idea of Bahay Trese that really have historical background, they want to create an interaction by not only watching the actors who are making a scene, but you as a guest must do something to make the experience more enjoyable.

I will not detail all the happenings, obstacles and drama inside Bahay Trese  as I don’t want to be the spoiler, it’s because this one really deserves to be visit and experience especially the set and production value are all amazing.  I guarantee you it’s one great experience in a context of new style in a horror house or horror both set up.

Three to four sets of actors are scheduled in a daily basis for Bahay Trese, of course train by Peta. Impressive production design was made by Boni Juan, lighting that add to your fear is by Jonjon Villareal, and sound design by Jethro Joaquin.

World of Fun have many branches in the Country but they choose to put Bahay Trese in Sta.Lucia mall since it’s their biggest branch so far.  Bahay Trese is open daily from 3pm to 9pm at World of Fun in Sta.Lucia Mall, for more info visit www.bahaytrese.com.ph
