PCPPI recognizes exceptional employees at Gold Crown Awards

Excellence thrives where it is practiced consistently. Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI)—the exclusive manufacturer of PepsiCo beverages in the country—recently honored three outstanding employees with this year’s Gold Crown Awards. This recognition is awarded to employees for demonstrating professional dedication in line with PCPPI’s ICARE Values, which stands for Integrity and Innovation, Care and Respect, Empowerment and Excellence. The three awardees for this year are (in photo, from left to right) Faith Marie M. Zacal of from PCPPI’s Cagayan De Oro plant, Lucky J. The search is on once again for Miss Silka-Palawan.

 
To celebrate different kind of beauty, the provincial hunt of Silka ambassador is once again on the roll, to find the best and most beautiful Palawena that will embodies the beauty with grace, intelligence and purpose in life.

The annual Search for Miss Silka Palawan 2018 is now looking for females 16 to 22 years old, born and raised in Puerto Princesa City or other municipalities of Palawan who are not title holders of any national pageants, and with no existing sponsorship's/endorsement deals with other cosmetic brands.

They must have a minimum of one year residence in the locality being represented, at least 5’3 in height, single, without a tattoo and with fair and smooth complexion. Applicants below 18 years old must present parents’ waiver. Screening will be at the Chinatown Center Palawan Activity Hall on July 13 and 14, with call back and final selection on July 15, all at 2-4 PM.

Applicants should come on time on July 13, in heels, short white dress or white blouse and white shorts with very minimal make up.  This year’s winner will take home P30, 000 cash and to represent the City or province in the national pageant of Miss Silka.
The Reigning Miss Silka Palawan is Reyna Michelle Ruhen who was recently crowned Mutya ng Palawan 2018. Imelda Schweighart  won the said title in 2010, Sandrine Stoelzaed in 2012 got the second place, and Kathreen Grace Ahorro is Miss Silka Philippines 2014.
