PCPPI recognizes exceptional employees at Gold Crown Awards

Excellence thrives where it is practiced consistently. Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI)—the exclusive manufacturer of PepsiCo beverages in the country—recently honored three outstanding employees with this year’s Gold Crown Awards. This recognition is awarded to employees for demonstrating professional dedication in line with PCPPI’s ICARE Values, which stands for Integrity and Innovation, Care and Respect, Empowerment and Excellence. The three awardees for this year are (in photo, from left to right) Faith Marie M. Zacal of from PCPPI’s Cagayan De Oro plant, Lucky J. Mallari from the Central Luzon Operations (CLO) and Jona Marie S. Rollan from the Davao manufacturing facility. Of the awardees, PCPPI president and chief executive officer Frederick D.  Lucky to be invited to attend "Family Day! Pwedeng pwede! its a sunday full of activities for kids like the giant jenga, lots of board games, string activities, puzzles and many more. Its a great idea for us who are looking for activities to" digitally detox" our kids.
But theres more, its not only family activity but also parenting talk. They are advocates of love for children no corporal punishment. "BAWAL MAMALO" They are pushing the POSITIVE DISCIPLINE.
As a mother, i was reminded the negative effects of corporal punishment to children. And as a mother of four i am always on the lookout on how i can improved my parenting skills. As iwe all know, parenting is a hard job because to tge smallest details of our action and words greatly affect our children negatively and positively.
I heard they are conducting several parenting seminar about positive discipline. I hope to catch more.
Parents, this talk is very important as we all know that kids nowadays are different so we need different way to raise them
