Sunshine Family and how they shine.

The Cast of Sunshine Family
Spring Films along with Film Line Pictures of Korea latest venture, the Sunshine Family movie is a feel good film that tackles unity in the family after an unfortunate incidents happen, they are foreign family living in a foreign land and how they were able to adjust in all adversary of family life.

Honestly I expect so much on humor on this, it made us laugh 4 times and two of that is an LOL experience, seeing Filipino actors potraying in a KMovie is refreshing to watch, we Filipinos feel proud on this project.

Kmovies have the tendency of slow pace in storytelling, one at a time in executing the story, but of course the Cinematogrpahy is awesome as compare to other hit Korean films, the producers and Directors are from Korea and that’s what this movie make it a legit one to consider. I should say the musical scoring is also a superb one to consider because it did bring the movie up.

We feel that its more on Shamaine Buencamino character that lift this movie, somehow its like a Mother’s Day story rather than Family, but of course it do connect as a whole as Family, the producers made the right decision of casting Filipino actors since we Pinoys, love Family drama.

For some reason, many Pinoy films that is shoot abroad have the tendency of touring its audience, showcasing the beauty of the place, describing it as an attraction but not in this movie, even though it show beautiful sceneries, it stick to its goal of telling the main angle of the story, and it’s the issues that family needs to go through, and how they all survive it.

Sue Ramirez and Shinwoo of Blanc7 did prove that they have onscreen chemistry, however their scenes together are limited and they are just the sub plot of the main core, maybe they could team up again in the future, their scenes together ended funny mostly.

Yes the Family shine together, with the help of other Korean cast this is a good movie to enjoy, it opens last June 5 and its showing in theaters nationwide.
