The Seashore Beach Club began developing the
resort exactly June 16, 2016, led by its President Arnel Mindanao along with his Chinese business partner, it started after leasing the 3rd Island Cove, and then another purchase of lot nearby, the former Avida Land broker realize to further the property and develop a for membership project, that one can enjoy a good vacation plus a yearly earning.

“Ang dream ko is to have at least 10 Seashore Beach Club sa Top Ten tourist destination sa Pilipinas, nakakuha tayo ng property sa Coron, El Nido then Romblon tapos Pagudpod, so meron tayong Lima kasama na tong sa San Juan,” Mindanao said.
The resort is still a work in progress, many of its amenities are all under construction, for now they have 16 rooms available to be open for guest this coming June 16, that marks the third year anniversary of the company, according to their plan they are building around 104 rooms in total, 4 swimming pool, 1 Main Clubhouse, 1 mini Clubhouse, and a restaurants.
The membership fee come June 16 is P726,000.00 per person, you are entitled to stay in the resort for overnight with 1 companion, succeeding days of stay is 50% off, but the main catch is how you earn from your membership fee, because annually the club will release a sharing base on the 30% net profit to be divided among the members.
But according to Mindanao what their members love is the referral fee they offer, once you become a member you get 20% commission to all the booking you endorse to the club, such as wedding receptions, team building activity, birthdays or any corporate events, the said commission is different from your share profit.
Mindanao admits during our interview that they had hard time selling membership at first due to its Black sand, many of us prefer the white sand in terms of beach, but he defends that the Black Sand they have is pure and refined, it’s just the same quality as Boracay sand but its black.
The Seashore Beach Club is doing some research regarding the good effect of Black sand, some believe it is a volcanic ash from the nearby Mt. Banahaw, and the discovery of Jelly Fish every summer that propagate the whole cove of sea, this variety is not stingy or harmful to humans, and many kids have fun playing with it, this is being studied and hopefully develop as added attraction for this resort.
As of now, Seashore Club has three main attractions operating and open for anyone who wants to have a vacation or simply rest for a day, these attractions are the P6million worth of Inflatable Island or the Aqua Play Park, 1 swimming pool near the main clubhouse, and the luxurious chopper ride by another concessionaire.
For the inflatable island, the rate is P888 inclusion of lunch and kayak and two hours stay in the said island for a day tour, transportation is not included. There is unlimited use of Inflatable Island for a fee P1488, and P500 only if food is not included.
The Chopper ride is offered free if you sign up as a member during a visit, but if you want to try it you can avail it for P5,000 per pax for a 10 minutes ride across San Juan, and for exclusive ride it will cost P15,000 since it has 3 passenger seat excluding the pilot of course.
