PCPPI recognizes exceptional employees at Gold Crown Awards

(PCPPI)—the exclusive manufacturer of PepsiCo beverages in the country—recently honored three outstanding employees with this year’s Gold Crown Awards. This recognition is awarded to employees for demonstrating professional dedication in line with PCPPI’s ICARE Values, which stands for Integrity and Innovation, Care and Respect, Empowerment and Excellence. The Ambassadress of the Earth from the Philippines will soon be crown, as 40 candidates for Miss Philippines Earth 2019 will compete in many events and pageants line up by Carousel Productions, the company behind Miss Earth.

Last June 28, 2019, the ladies representing different flora of the Philippines showcase their skills in modeling for the Beach Wear Competition, held at Matrix Creations studio in Quezon City.

Connext Insurance Agency select 10 girls as their advocates and they are Janelle Tee of Pasig, Danica Joy Acuna of Romblon, Chelsea Fernandez of  Tacloban, Elmarie Dewara of Altavas, Aklan, Keena Mae Del Mar of Esparanza, Agusan Del Sur, Maricres Castro of Muntinlupa, Ana Monica Tan of Tagolan Misamis, Oriental, Mariafe Loayon San Remegio Cebu, Shanon Tampon of Caloocan and Karen Piccio of Maasin, Iloilo.

These 10 candidates will be judged via online votes, and the lady who will gain the most votes via the connecting site Facebook page will be Miss Connect 2019 and will take home P50,000 cash, to be announced on the coronation night at the Cove Manila this July 10. Voting started last July 1, Monday with the following criteria -Online reach 50%, -Advocacy that upholds the value and philosophy of Connext Insurance Agency 30%, and Beauty that will represent the Connext Insurance 20%. .

Miss Tacloban is the big winner of the night, she takes home Gold Medal for the Beach Wear competition, she also bagged Face of the night award. The silver medalist is Emily Brumby of Tanauan, Leyte, while Ms. Valenzuela City Janella Manuel is the bronze winner.
Other winners that night is Janelle Tee taking home Darling of the Crowd and Maricres Castro of Muntinlupa City was given Best Advocacy award.
